The best movie ever according to the most famous movie portal imdb.com.The movie that will definitely attach to heart of everyone.The movie that has nothing to do with traditional Hollywood "movies".The movie movie that will for sure bond you to your screens till the very end.In its times,there weren't movies about life in prison something that people wanted to see,but were attached to banal action,comedy or romantic movies,simply blockbusters.But against all odds,Shawshank redemption appears and it simply gave answer to trivial question "What movie do you like the most?".

I have only words of glory for that movie of the year 1994.Director Frank Darabont made this movie according to a novel of Spephen King and his movie probably couldn't be better than is.It's almost perfect to every little detail,the music,actors,atmosphere even story.Also great respect for Tim Robbins and now fenomenal Morgan Freeman,who take this movie to even higher dimensions.The movie outpaced his era and even in compare with nowadays movies,full of special effects,computer graphic holds the upper hand.

The sotry starts with young banker Andy Dufrense(Tim Robbins) drinking in his car and putting bullets to his gun.Andy figured out that his wife deceiving him with golf star and waiting before his house.Then scene comes to camerae where is Andy accused and life sentenced and moved to merciless Shawshank prison.At this point where he arrives audience meets Red(Morgan Freeman) acting also as a narrator of this story who betting his cigaretes on Andy,as on man,who will gone crazy first.

Movie is full of fascinating dialogues,mainly between Red and Andy,between man who has lost all his hopes and a man who brought him one.These dialogues have awesome emotional respond to audience,same have the narrators monologues and music only tunning the atmosphere up.For real,dialogues like these,really pump heart of every spectator.And also the end of movie.Really,I'd never thought that this movie could end the way it did,it was definitely my greatest movie experience I've ever met with.

Dead Poetic:Twilight of the hard message?

American publishing house Solid State Records Christian base for hardrock and metal bands.Under this trademark was released the plenty of good-class bands.Between them was also post-hardcore band Dead Poetic.With lyrics and music appearance slightly reminding Nirvana,similiary contenstated,but with clearly different goal.

Singer Brandon Rike claims,that band was founded with clear reason,and that was glorify and worship the God.When they released their first album New Medicines they've became famous day to day.Title-song has soon became a hit on MTV2 and on canadian Fuse TV.

At this time,Dead Poetic was labeled as a post-hardcore,they fansite insisted on screamo style.In the course of their last album Vices,Brandon said,that that they are none of these.Dead Poetic labeled themselves as a grunge(before they continuously labeled themselves as a Rock'n'Roll).But grunge has became for them more than just a symbolic,because just like a founders of that style - Nirvana,they were also affected by contenstated history,sometimes similiar with that of Nirvana.

Dead Poetic has beggining sometimes in 1997 only as a 13 years old boys full of enthusiasm.Brought up on legendary album of Nirvana -Nevermind,training in local protestant church,were they were granted by drums,that was used for Saturday divine worships.In their article from August 06 on site whattodoabout.com,Brandon is remembering on their beggining and their first song.It had simple guitar riff and lyric was about Jesus,who could blenched before cross,but he didn't.

The group was in 2004 on top,when first crisis appeared.Popularity and inner disagreements evoked to withdrawn of some members and the only ones who remained were Brandon and guitarist Zach Miles.Brandons best friend from High School,drummer Josh Shellabarger leave with the rest of band.Band didn't existed for almost 2 years,even though album was selling incredibly fast.

New members joined the band and in 2006 was released for now their last album Vices.
Brandon sadly alege,that new Dead Poetic will never be the same.He even said,that he won't use gravel-voiced drive in songs,that was specific to them.In screaming on concerts,was Brandon substituted by Zach Miles and Vices was softer,but imaginativeness and brilliant lyrics were there as well again.

In the same year,there was an another devastating information to fans.Server absolutepunk.net informed,that Dead Poetic fall apart again.Althought Brandon on his official myspace profile denied it,tour around US,that they planned,was canceled.Their last news on myspace is older than year.What happened to this great band with promising talnet and future?

The truth had became to appear in August 07.In minded article on whattodoabout.com Brandon wrote about his love to music.He said,than since band wasn't popular,making music was passion to them."If you start to run for your music dream,because of money,you're immidiately on a wrong way.That financial stability is for musicians as a cryptonit.Killing everything you really liked on music and take away your attention from interconnection of your soul and your passion for music..."sadly aleged Brandon.

In interview with Hard Music Magazine in April 06,he said,that he never wanted to become a part of some "cheesy Christian band",using word "Jesus" just to fulfill their lyrics,or invitation for Christian fests.
Brandon is in his pronouncements pretty contenstate and with his hatred to popularity and affectation and some kind reminds Kurt Cobain.

But comparing them will be deffinitely a mistake.After all Brandon is quite different and "somwhere else".His lyrics talks about human weakness and salvation,we have only in God.
Dead Poetic are maybe deffinitely gone,who knows.But for now,their last legacy is clear:

Young people wear T-shirts with a portrait of Che Guevara but many of them don´t know who was this man. More information about him brings a film Che Guevara Revolution, what is an autobiography of Ernesto Guevara or el Che, a doctor and one of the lead persons of the Cuban revolution. This drama lasts two hours and lead roles plays Benicio Del Toro as Che Guevara and Demian Bichir as Fidel Castro.

The film made a producer Steven Soderbergh, whose films were awarded by a few Oscars.

He has produced 18 famous films. Che Guevara is first film, where he worked as a camera-man, too. He used new type of a camera named RED.

„Che beckons me as a film theme, because his life is like an adventurous story,“ says a producer.

A film is consists of two parts. First part, named Che-Argentine is about collaboration Che and Fidel Castro and about overthrowing a dictator Fulgencio Batista.

Second part, Che-Guerilla, describes a time, when Che,a theorist and strategist of Guerilla´s fight became a hero of socialist revolutionist movement and he died in a fight in Bolivia.

Socialist revolutionist and leader of Cuban guerillas, Ernesto Rafael Guevara de la Serna(1928 – 1967) was born in aristocratic family living in Argentina. He graduated a medicine in Buenos Aires and he comes to Castro´s army as a doctor. Then he became a member of Castro´s 26th of July Movement, what came to power in 1959 in Cuba. Guevara obtained Cuban citizenship at the same year, he was member of Castro´s government on various positions and he gradually rose to became a Castro´s “right hand“. He was a president of Cuban national bank and he managed ministry of industry later. He left because of conflicts with Castro and he continued in spreading of revolution abroad. Unfortunately, American CIA organized military operation in Bolivia, where he was captured and executed.

Guevara´s nickname CHE come from a word „che“, used in Argentina and Bolivia, and it means „hey“. Guevara often used this word and his Cuban companions considered it an interesting element of his speech.

Guevara is still popular icon for left militants at the present. He´s considered a ideal of pacific idealism, but it´s not true, because he always prefered militant opposition and he even was responsible for killing of political opponents.

„He´s symbol of young rebellion and idealism and I think, these two things are eternal,“ notes Laura Bickford, one of the producers of the film.

This city is clean, modern and ecological. It sticks out because of lots of waterway without smell. Kobenhavn-the capital of Danmark is an ideal place where spend your free weekend.


A repository of culture
Danmark has almost the same area as Slovakia but Kobenhavn is three-times bigger as Bratislava. This city doesn´t know traffic jams and it is watchfully cleaned. You couldn´t see any car on pavement because all cars have their own parking place. The best way to see Kobenhavn´s culture is travelling by bicycle which you can borrow as shopping tolley in hypermarket. Kobenhavn is a cultural city. There you can find original small houses built from red bricks that are typical for Damnmark or also architectonic experiments.


Good life
Thus say every inhabitant and every tourist afer he arrives home. Danes are famous gourmands and cookes. You definitely must taste well-known „smörrebröd” which is cross-breed of hamburger and garnished bread. This city is considered as the city with the best quality of life in the world. If you are thinking that Danish could be big prolem I can tell you that almost every Danish child can speak English so language barrier couldn´t be problem.



Curiosities
One of the curiosities is statue of mermaid from Hans Christian Andersen that is famous symbol of the city. Other is quarter of rococo palaces Amalienborg or indipendent quarter Christiania founded by hippies. It is possible to visit some of museums, for example The museum of fairytales of Hans Christian Anderson, Danish Jewishly museum or Post and telephonic museum. There are lots of possibilities – you have to choose.

The original name of Jamaica was „Xaymaca“ and it means the country of trees and flowers. Majestic Blue Mountains got this name according to blue mist which gives them blue tinge. Allegedly the best coffee in the world comes from plantation in Blue Mountains. One of the most beauties of this island are Dunn´s River Falls not far away from town Ocho Rios. They are national treasure. Jamaica protects its nature. It has more notional parks. One of them is also Roaring River Park with beautiful lakes, caves and mineral streams. If you are lover of fauna you must definitely visit nature reserve Font Hill in which is situated the biggest community of American crocodiles and wild beasts. In the west part island also has peaceful beaches with wide offer of wather sports and atractions.

Watch out!
The problem of Jamaica is armed criminality connected with using drugs. The country has the third position in amount of murders on thousand of inhabitants. People who live there are mostly friendly but do not try to take a photo of them. They believe that if someone takes a photo of them they would lose their soul. However some of them are willing if you give them some money.

The national food is called Ackee and salt fish. Ackee is prepared from local fruit and looks like scrambled egg. It has its own unique taste together with dried cod, onion and tomatoes. Probably you can get this food only in Jamaica and this is good appeal for lovers of food.

Immortal idol Bob Marley was born in Jamaica where he was proclaimed as national hero. Together with the band The Wailers he was one of the most famous representative of reggae. On his tribute there are regularly organized more festivals.

Adventurous journey to past of ancient kingdom is waiting for tourists. Because of Egyptian polytheism it is logical that there are situated temples consecrated to different gods. One of well-known temples is Abu Simbel. It was built as an evidence of pharaoh Ramzes´s love to his wife. Near the entrance there are situated four big statues which have to follow all peopes who enter to the temple. Abu Simbel had to be took to thousands peaces and moved to another place. The reason was construction of The Asuan´s dam. The Philae island arised in the same way. Temple called Edfu is consecrated to god Horov and is one of temples in the best condition. Luxor is considered as the biggest museum under the open sky. Around it is avenue of sphinxes.

The Nubia village
Not far away from Luxor you can find famous burial ground of Egyptian sovereignes. In The King´s Valley and in The Queens´s Valley there have been discovered around 60 tombs recently. The best- known is place of Tutanchamon´s rest. It is possible to see this place during the flight in balloon.

An exhibition -"A Psychiatry"

PSYCHIATRY - Industry of dead

Why musicians Kurt Cobain, Michael Hutchence, Billie Holiday, actresses Marilyn Monroe, Judy Garland, writer Ernest Hemingway and others died precociously? The answer gives an exhibition „A Psychiatry: A Help or a Threat?“

An organizator of the exhibition is Citizens Comission on Human Rights(CCHR). CCHR warns, that the exhibition contains shocking image material and it´s unsuitable for children below 15 years.

The exposition includes photographic and text material. We can see 14 short documentary films creating on the basis interviews with more than 160 experts from many branches – a medicine, a psychiatry, a psychology, a history, a law, a pedagogy, etc. They´re about history of brutality and terror, using a politics for destroying human lives in Russian dead-camp and in dead factories during the holocaust, fictive mental illnesses and other criminality in psychiatry.

CCHR and experts are alarmed at high mortality and abuse of mental health care:

- more than 100 000 patients dies every year in psychiatric institutions

- a death of 15 000 American children caused a using of psychiatric drugs

- studies argues, that antipsychotic drugs and electric shocks can cause precocious death in elder people

- psycho-medicines evoke inclination to suicide and violence

A special attention is devoted to recent school tragedy, when 54 people was shot, and 105 people was injured. And reason of the tragedy?A criminal was under influence psychotropic drugs!

„There are published positive results of psychiatric cure, too,“defends the exhibition Zbyněk Svadba, the president of CCHR in Czech Republic. For example, Brian Wilson, a member of the group Beach Boys, who was cured by a psychologist, in age 23. The psychologist helped him to overcome bad experience caused by using drugs LSD. He gave him psychotropic drugs and therefore Health chamber abolished him a licence. But the cure helped to this musician and he turned back to music.

This walking exhibition is made according a permanent exposition in a museum situated in an international centre of CCHR in Hollywood, Los Angeles. Its first „world tour“ was in years 2004 - 2005, but a public has required more information, and so next exhibition began in 2006. Bratislava is 30th city in Europe, where comes the exhibition Psychiatry. It´s free daily to April 12, from 9 a.m to 9 p.m at SNP square.

The redesign of a culture.The reconstruction of a society and culture.The redefinition of moral values.The first alternative and maybe the last chance to change attitude before it will be too late and entire western culture will collapse as a house of cards.It's probably the last opportunity of saving centralized world and its culture.
"Because of this,It's necessary to reconstitute the society before it comes to the first three degrees of collaps.Although,it may be too late now.Anyway,it is an area,where we must simply begin to resist that collaps...
...even just for not leaving the list of our mistakes as an only legacy to those,who will come after us."
In the last chapter of Five degrees of collaps article,named "Reasonable expections and conclusions",I've been mainly interested in the part devoted to Social collaps:

First - system of human values,that is made of ours knowledges and convictions,must be updated and changed by education and rational selfobservation.
Second - ,that enveloping this value system,must adapt to this new view on our world and be his basis that way.
Nowadays exists large group of people,talking about "New World Order" and are confident,that there is an elite group of people,who are trying to take the rule of this world for a long time and often used for that reason manipulation of society.
That's really truth to some extent,...but! What people can't realize is,that this "group" isn't group after all.It's trend.
If we obviate these people,it's only matter of time when new "elite" will come with same ambitions.As we can see,problem isn't individuals or groups.The real problem is in circumstances,that these people adapted to.Many of us naturaly argues against this view with escapistic opinion,that it is "human nature" what cause this need of supermacy.But this isn't what facts are telling us.De facto,we're absolutely pure by our birth and it's our enviroment that have the most powerfull influence on us.Hence,in order of a REAL change,we can't waste time with fighting against products of this corrupted society and aim right on casaulities that made them.

No one said that excercise had to be borning. Exercise should be fun and challenging. I think workout is chance to use your full capacity, for as long as should, but not in the gym.

Capoiera is the Brazilian art of dance fighting. This art is both a dance and a fight. It is a combination of gymnastics, dance, martial art as well as music, sing and knowledge. O f course it includes a history and a culture, too. A lot of people visualize it as a combination of dance, kick-boxing and karate or as break-dancing. One of the most fundamental movements of Capoiera is the ginga. „The ginga is essentially a movement of rocking back and forth and essentially sizing up your opponent. In this position, you rock back and forth from one foot to the other, with your feet squared beneath your shoulders. Generally, individuals maintain a crouched position using their feet as axes to move forward and backward and from side to side. Capoeira is very similar to break-dancing in this way“.
500 years ago, this form of art was originally developed by African slaves from all over Africa, including Sudan, Angola and Mozambique, in Brazil. They began combining African dance, with fighting techniques. Capoiera was way of self protection and defense for African. On the other hand it was said to be a demonstration against the homogenization of African culture, a comination of cultural practices from different regions. In the late 1800s, capoiera was made illegal. Later, in 1937, Mestre Bimba, a Capoiera master in Brazil, perform his regional style of capoiera to the prezident of Brazil. Theraafter Bimba opened his own Capoiera school in Brazil, the first of many.
At the present we can know three of the most popular styles of Capoiera. They are Capoiera Angola, Regional Capoiera and Comtemporary Capoiera. The last is form which reflect regional and cultural influences. Second kind of capoiera includes more kickboxing and acrobatics than other kinds of capoiera. There are levels of mastery which are differed in various color belts. For Capoiera Angola are typical slow and culculated movenemts, closer the to floor. The movements and dance are associated more with the fluidity. This style is faster and involves more aerobic workouts.

Capoeiristas learn to balance the physical with the mental as well as play many instruments and sing. In many ways, it may be viewed as a charade, full of secrets and deception. In my opinion capoiera is amazing because it is not only martial fight, dance, sport, game but mainly breath-taking artistic expression of freedom.

The tallest mountains of Slovakia High Tatras situated in the north ofthe country with its tallest peak Gerlach peak (2654 m) is in fact the smallest in Europe in terms of area (what explains their attribute of the ,,miniature Alps"). The biggest attraction ofthe Pieniny Mts. is navigation down the 9 km long reach of the Dunajec river on traditional Goral wooden rafts. The river offers fme views of lime stone rocks, remarkable cliffs and narrows. After the rafting trip, visitors can relax listening to the Goral music and tastingtheir exquisite goulash.

Slovenský raj is in the east of Slovakia. The landscape of this mountain range is highly attractive for tourists who like adrenaline sports. They can climb over the roaring waterfalls. There are almost 200 caves and abysses but only the cave Dobšinská ľadová jaskyňa, the most important European ice cave outside the Alps is accessible to public.

A book „The secret“ written by author Rhonda Byrne has had big success all over the world and creators of the film expect similar success. The film was made by philosophers, bussinessmen and scientists and under Rhonda Byrne´s supervision. It lasts 91 minutes and it comes to Slovak cinemas even in Slovak dabing.

The „Secret“ is about an admirable life cognition. A story starts in a time, when the author was passing through big personal crisis. Her daughter gives her a book written in 1910 and this small thing causes a big „taste to recognize“ and Rhonda starts to look for it. She finds people, who understand „a Secret“ and they reach goals and resolution, which other people consider unavailable...The film contains wisdom of previous generations and teaches to reach everything what you wish – in area of health, money, relationships....EVERYTHING....of course, you really must WANT and you must to be perceptive. This secret was written on smaragd board thousands years ago, and it was retraced on the roll. A copy of the roll travelled many years from hand to hand and secret, written on this board, helped to reach life success to personalities as Platon, Shakespeare, Newton, Lincoln, Einstein.... They discovered power and force, which is hidden in their mind and they knew to use it in daily life. KATE RYAN in the Žiar nad Hronom

A big event will be held in small Slovak town Žiar nad Hronom. The „Mestské kultúrne stredisko“ is going to celebrate its 5th birthday. The singer Kate Ryan will perform in this town assemble rooms thereat. Originally was planned the concert of singer Natasha Bedingfield , but her management canceled the concert, because of problems with singer´s health. Unfortunately, substitute date of the concert isn´t possible at this time, too. So organizers of this event decided, that they will invite other music star – Kate Ryan.

This European singer has invited the Slovakia several times. Fans can look forward to quality dance show and the biggest hits, e.g. Désenchantée, Alive, Libertine, The Promise You Made, Je t´adore, Only if I, and many others. The concert is going to realized on Saturday, 21,March at 8.00 p.m. You can buy admission ticket in the Ticketportal offices. First 500 tickets cost only 20 €, after sellout: 30 €.

Kate Ryan is going to arrive to Ziar nad Hronom both with her group and management. She hasn´t special requests, only standart requests as the tenths towels and wardrobe in singer´s dressing room. So organizators shouldn´t complications with this.

There´s going to perform special guest at the concert – Mária Čírová, winner of Coca Cola Popstar 2008. You can enjoy at PopRock party organized by radio Okey after the concert, too.

Organizators are reconstructing the backstage and dressing rooms for artists at the present. It´s not secret, that in this small town is going to organize more concerts of big European music stars in a future.

The Britisf came and wanted to settle here but they had conflicts with the Maoris. The British won and New Zealand became one of the British Dominions in 1907.Now we can meet these two cultures everywhere – Maori jewelery and wood, stone, shell and bone carvings.
New Zealand is a paradise for nature – lovers.Its wildlife is very rich in birds which cannot fly. The example is the national bird of New Zealand, kiwi.
The islands have also many natural beauties. The North Island is famous for its volcanoes and thermal activity. You can admire hot springs and geysers. The South Island boasts the Southern Alps with their beautiful glaciers.
One of the most famous national parks is Mt. Cook National Park with Mt. Cook, the highest peak of New Zealand.

Anyway, Andorra didn´t know customs and prices are evidently lower that in other states in Europe. You can find here cheap alcohol, cigarettes, CDs and also luxurious cars. This country offers other possibility - Pyrenees with its beautiul nature.

Although the most visited place in Andorra is the capital - Andorra la Vella, more beautiful things you can find in countryside. Clachans have original stone architecture with overhanging roofs and wooden or iron balconies. Almost in all clachans are old Romanesque churches in their original form. Tourists adore Sant Romá de les Bons, Sant Cerni de Nagol, Climent de Pal, Santa Coloma or sanctum Meritxell. Inhabitants are very nice and attentive. For example in Andora la Vella is situated church called Sant Estere. When only one person arrives here their organist starts to play beautiful organ melody.

Andorra is well-known for her inhabitants. It is said that people who live there aren´t right – they are only immigrants. It is true. Andorra has only few original inhabitants because you get citizenship when you have lived here for last 20 years or if you have ancestors from Andorra.

This small but interesting country is adibed by motto: “Valiance, unity, power.”

Every body of us like travelling. Althought we learn forgeign languages, we can just communicate using gestures. There are a lot of differences between meaning of body language in various foreign countries. So be careful, it is all too easy to make mistakes.

For example, this fisrt symbol. In many countries, mainly in the U.S. in means „all right“. But in Japan it means „money“ and in France it means „zero“.

I was forced to admit that smiling is not an expression of happiness for women, mainly in U.S. Answer to the question ‘Why Women Smile?’is really interesting. A smile is now just a farce that is used to conceal true emotions, thoughts and opinions.
Women can hide their problems from others by making themselves thoroughly attractive. One way of doing this is by plastering beautiful, charming, friendly, resigned or forced smiles on their faces. Of course no mater what the occasion might be. Females play a variety of roles in today’s world. For example mother, daughter, sister, professional athlete, CEO, business owner, doctor, pilot, teacher, sales clerk, and banke. The smiling woman is becoming a more common phenomenon due the emergence of more ‘professional’ women. Maybe your earliest memories are of your mother telling you to, ‘Smile nicely at your auntie,’ ‘Smile for the camera,’ and, ‘You’re a big girl now; big girls don’t cry. Wipe those tears off your face. Smile!’ I am sure all of us have made only polite and false smile numerous times throughout our lives. On the other hand me, you and you, we like genuine smile.
