She is mother, too. Today her family, two daughters and husband Kel ( her business manager ) , live in Auckland , New Zealand. Geddes was born in Queenland, Australia in September of 1956. As young woman she decided she wanted to be a Photographer. Gradually and hardly Anne established herself as a excellent photographer without any formal training in the craft.
At first working in her native country, especially in Melbourne, she began to develop the distinctive style. When her husband’s job took him to Hong Kong, she set up her own business and began photographing babies, children, and whole families. She explained that simply she loved babies and children and wanted to developed a kind of photogr
aphy that others had not done.

Her talent, activities, originality and work harvest achievement. She was awarded a Lifetime Membership in the Professional Photographers of America and an Honorary Fellowship with the New Zealand Institute of Professional Photographers, both in 1997. In 2004, she became a member of the New Zealand Order of Merit.
